This role suits someone who is organised, confident working with data and able to follow structured processes to keep compliance activities accurate and up to date.

You’ll work closely with operational, technical and contractor teams, maintaining high-quality records and ensuring non-compliant assets are progressed through the correct procedures.

  • Location: Hythe Ranges, Dymchurch Road, Hythe, Kent, CT21 6QD

About The Organisation

Landmarc provides the essential support services that enable Armed Forces to train for frontline operations across the UK Defence Training Estate. We maintain safe, sustainable infrastructure, operate training areas and ranges, and deliver major projects that enhance vital military training assets. Our vision is simple: to provide the best possible training experience for our Armed Forces.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitoring and managing non-compliant assets, reviewing PPM records and linking issues to the correct maintenance tasks and follow-on work orders
  • Tracking follow-on works through to completion, updating PPM records once remedial actions are finished and ensuring compliance is reinstated accurately
  • Investigating data discrepancies, carrying out regular data quality checks and maintaining clear, accurate technical and compliance records
  • Producing weekly compliance reports, analysing data to identify trends and escalating significant issues where required
  • Liaising with operational, technical and contractor teams to gather information, clarify requirements and progress outstanding actions
  • Following established SOPs and governance requirements, maintaining a strong audit trail and supporting technical teams across regional sites such as Lydd and Longmoor

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
