With that in mind, they are now looking for a Technical Administrator to join their team in their Cadishead site.


About the Role

Working as part of the Technical team, this is a varied role providing essential administrative support and helping to ensure technical information, documentation, and actions are managed accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the team enquiry inbox
  • Responding to internal and external requests for information
  • Updating technical documentation and internal systems
  • Taking minutes and tracking actions from weekly team meetings
  • Supporting the administration of non-conformances through to resolution
  • Liaising with colleagues across the business to ensure agreed actions are completed
  • Providing additional administrative support to the Sales team when required

Requirements

To be shortlisted for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar fast-paced admin role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office
  • Being highly organized, accurate, and confident working with a range of people and information
  • Being a proactive, positive self-starter who can manage their own workload while also enjoying being part of a team

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of using systems such as a CRM
  • An interest or experience in environmental compliance
