Be the engine behind a safer, stronger network
As a Technical Administrator within our Safety & Engineering team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the activities that help keep our colleagues, contractors and customers safe every day. Working across a wide range of administrative, reporting and coordination activities, you'll ensure that critical information, systems and processes are managed efficiently and accurately.
This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll be at the heart of our Safety, Health, Environment and Security (SHES) function, supporting incident management, regulatory reporting, business communications and performance reporting. From managing key data and producing insightful reports to coordinating meetings and maintaining essential records, you'll help our teams make informed decisions and deliver against business objectives.
You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing excellent customer service and acting as a trusted point of contact. Whether you're coordinating meetings, supporting safety communications, maintaining SharePoint sites or helping drive process improvements, your contribution will directly support the safe and effective operation of our network.

What you'll bring
- Strong Administrative Experience – Previous experience providing comprehensive administrative support, managing records and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.
- Excellent Organisation Skills – Able to prioritise workloads, manage competing deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reporting & Data Management Experience – Confidence in collating, analysing and presenting data through reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Stakeholder Management Skills – Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset – A willingness to challenge existing processes, identify efficiencies and support positive change.
- Relevant Qualifications – GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths alongside previous administration experience.
