Be the Support that Develops the Future of Dispatch
As our Technical Administrator (Training), you'll play a pivotal role in recruiting, developing, and supporting the people who keep our Dispatch operation running smoothly. This isn't just about administration, it's about helping colleagues build the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed.
Working closely with Dispatch Specialists, Training teams, HR, and key stakeholders across the business, you'll coordinate recruitment activities, support assessment centres, facilitate training programmes, and mentor new starters through their learning journey. From identifying future training needs to maintaining learning materials and tracking development outcomes, you'll help ensure our teams are equipped to deliver brilliant customer service every day.
This is a 12-month secondment opportunity, offering you the chance to broaden your experience across recruitment, training, and people development while making a real impact within a dynamic operational environment.

What You'll Bring
- Training Experience – Experience developing, coordinating, or facilitating training programmes for a variety of audiences.
- Recruitment Knowledge – Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, including assessment centres and interviews.
- Coaching Skills – Experience mentoring, supporting, or developing new starters through induction and onboarding programmes.
- Strong Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.
- Organisation and Planning – Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
- Problem Solving – A proactive mindset with the ability to identify solutions and continuously improve processes.
- Technical Capability – Competent in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and utilise systems such as SAP and ClickSoftware.
- Attention to Detail – A commitment to accuracy, compliance, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
