Alfa is looking for a Technical Administrator (12 month fixed term contract) to provide technical administrative support and coordination to the technical operations team. Work with the team to coordinate and monitor a variety of activities ranging from stock management and procurement, project data monitoring to assisting with the preparation and monitoring of the technical operations budget.

Responsibilities will include:
- Procurement of technical equipment and software as requested by the Technical Operations team.
- Management, coordination and improvement of the goods inwards process.
- Maintain IT consumables stock and replenishment.
- Manage any delivery or invoice queries with suppliers.
- Attend supplier review meetings.
- Maintaining office desk equipment and some installation work (May involve some overseas travel).
- Maintaining desk equipment inventory.
- The provision of laptops across the company.
- Maintaining the lifecycle, recycling and disposal of IT assets.
- Maintaining and updating the asset register.
- Managing Tech Operations documentation.
- Assist the head of Technical Operations in the preparation and ongoing management of the operational budget.

What you'll bring to the team:
- Microsoft Office
- Numerate and detail orientated.
Preferred experience /qualifications:
- Budget/financial management awareness.
- Workday.
- Process management and improvement.
- G-suite (Google Docs/Google sheets).
