Job Description
To Maintain and Report Site and Customer KPI’s, Update QMS toolkits, Holiday Cover holiday cover within technical services team. To follow procedures and required practices to ensure that we produce products of the highest quality, food safety and food integrity
Main Duties:
- Maintain and update technical and hygiene systems.
- Prepare and report daily and weekly KPIs and customer reports.
- Investigate customer complaints, product rejections, and related issues.
- Produce reports for management as required.
- Support customer visits, audits, and conference calls.
- Track and report department labour hours, costs, and holiday records.
- Collect, record, and submit samples, including weekend cover when required.
- Complete and maintain electronic and paper-based records.

Qualifications
- Good Communication skills at all levels
- Attention to detail whilst working across multiple tasks.
- Time management, ability to work to deadlines
- Motivating skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good English Language Skills
- At least 1-year poultry industry knowledge
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft office

Compensation
up to GBP 14.00 - hourly
