Technical Administrator
Salary – £27,190 - £37,387 per annum, plus benefits
Hours – 37.5 hours per week
Location & Postcode – Greatmoor EfW, HP18 0AF
As a Technical Administrator at FCC Environment, you will provide technical administrative support to the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Team Leaders at Greatmoor EfW. You will support the Maintenance Team with updating and maintaining technical documentation, ensuring key records, reports and systems are kept accurate and up to date.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?
- Providing technical administrative support to the facility
- Working with the Maintenance Team to update and maintain technical documentation
- Producing selected work pack documentation
- Uploading risk assessments and method statements
- Maintaining the RAMS database
- Updating the control of contractors database
- Collecting timesheets and HAVS sheets, and uploading them to S.F.S
- Collecting mobile plant and plant service reports, and uploading them to S.F.S
- Maintaining S.F.S records
- Uploading the Council monthly maintenance report
- Taking technical minutes of meetings
- Providing cover for the Site Administrator during holidays and periods of sickness
What are we looking for?
- Experience within an engineering or heavy engineering environment would be advantageous
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using maintenance management systems, databases or spreadsheet applications
- Strong organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to work efficiently and effectively
- A confident and proactive approach to work
- The ability to multitask and use initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
