We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Southern Water project team based in Falmer Hampshire.
Location: Falmer, Hampshire (expectation for 4 days per week in the office)
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
We're looking for a Technical Administrator to support the team with accounting and administrative functions. This is a varied role where you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping to ensure smooth running of our office and supporting our finance and administrative processes.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Southern Water project team, supporting them in delivering administrative and accounting functions.

Your Day To Day Will Include
- Ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly
- Processing invoices, goods receipting and working closely with finance and procurement teams
- Managing payroll information and labour allocation and
- Producing weekly and monthly cost reports
- Assisting with volunteering and social value events
What are we looking for?
This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if you hold:
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Office applications
- Knowledge and practical understanding of finance systems
- Knowledge and practical application of time and attendance systems
- Knowledge of DepotNet and MiVision
