TECHNICAL ADVISER

Function:

  • Activity rate at full-time position
  • Shall serve as Technical Adviser and report to Head of R&D Services (Technical Assistance Group)
  • Based in UK dedicated to local customer activities at their site (Hampshire)
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction by providing a high level of technical services and close relationship

Role and Activities:

Provide Technical Services to customer to:

  • Ensure and assist customer design in security ink formulations
  • Advise from an ink and solution perspective on any customer projects on linking ink formulations to new design software digital proofs, printing proofs, and to factory formulations
  • Answer any queries customer has on site or refer to query to Global HQ.
  • Find solutions to technical issues and reinforce technical knowledge to customer
  • Ensure the optimal use of our products to the customer and optimise current products and solutions (in collaboration with the headquarters when necessary)
  • In charge of technical visit report/monthly activity report, follow-up, and communication (in collaboration with the headquarters when necessary)
  • Ensure efficient, timely, and documented product complaint treatment (NC) (in collaboration with the headquarters when necessary)

Profile:

  • Engineering degree in Chemistry or equivalent in printing industry
  • 3-5 years’ experience in chemical or printing industry is an advantage
  • Flexible and willing to possibly travel to different customer sites when needed
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks/projects along with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment independently
  • Ability to establish credibility with internal & external stakeholders, strong ethics, and customer orientation
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • English. French highly appreciated
  • With a driving license
