Technical & Aftersales Advisor
Are you someone who enjoys solving technical problems and helping customers find the right solution?
We're recruiting for a Technical & Aftersales Advisor to join a highly respected manufacturer within the construction and building services sector.
This is a varied position where you'll become the go-to person for technical support, product advice, and aftersales enquiries. You'll work closely with customers, installers, and internal teams, helping to resolve issues, provide expert guidance, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

The Role:
- Provide technical advice and product support to customers and installers
- Manage aftersales enquiries from initial contact through to resolution
- Investigate technical issues and recommend solutions
- Coordinate replacement products, returns, and warranty-related queries
- Build strong relationships with customers and distribution partners
What we're looking for:
- Customer-facing experience either face to face or on the phone.
- Able to explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner
- Ideally from construction products, HVAC, engineering, or building services, but any technical background will be considered.
- Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering great customer service
