Job Opportunity: Technical Professional in Financial Services

An innovative organisation in the financial services sector is looking for a technical professional to join their team. The successful candidate will support strategic technology and data transformation initiatives within a complex environment, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into detailed specifications.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements including user stories and process flows.
  • Analyse existing systems, interfaces, and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement and define integration requirements.
  • Work closely with solution architects, developers, and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle to validate solution designs.
  • Support testing activities by defining acceptance criteria and performing root cause analysis for production support.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and stakeholder governance forums to ensure alignment with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in technical analysis, systems analysis, or technical business analysis within large enterprise organisations.
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and distributed applications.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data interrogation and experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate technical workshops.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
