Roles and Responsibility

Key Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise with proven experience in the banking and financial services domain.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Java-based Microservices Architecture, with strong proficiency in Spring Boot and related frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze and document As-Is and To-Be business/functional processes, with a strong understanding of data flows, data mapping, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating effectively with Architects, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and grooming, including translating business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications for development and testing teams.
  • Ability to facilitate requirement refinement sessions and provide clear guidance to developers and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Experience in leading discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
