Job Description
- We are looking only for immediate / short notice period joiners.
Key Requirements:
- Strong banking domain experience with a solid understanding of financial products, processes, and system integrations.
- Prior hands-on development experience in Java-based enterprise applications, with the ability to bridge business and technical requirements effectively.
- Extensive experience in Java Microservices Architecture and Spring Boot for designing and supporting scalable solutions.
- Proven expertise in creating and documenting As-Is and To-Be functional/process flows.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data mapping, data flows, and integration requirements across applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working closely with Architects, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Business teams.
- Experience in requirement elicitation, backlog grooming, and translating business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Ability to guide and collaborate with Developers and Testers throughout the SDLC, ensuring successful solution delivery and quality outcomes.
