**Technical and Energy Manager – Aqua Vale Swimming and Fitness Centre”
Location: HP20 1DX Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 40 hrs per week (5 days out of 7, with occasional weekends and nights) Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Through high technical standards, energy efficiency, and safe systems, you’ll contribute to positive community impact and support innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
As Technical and Energy Manager, you will be entrusted with:
- Managing the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of plant and technical systems, including:
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
- Water treatment
- Mechanical and electrical equipment
- Ensuring full compliance with:
- Health and safety legislation
- Company policies
- Industry standards
- Leading:
- Planned preventative maintenance programmes
- Repairs
- Statutory inspections
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all plant and maintenance activities
- Identifying and resolving faults efficiently, escalating issues as needed
- Driving energy management initiatives to:
- Improve efficiency
- Promote sustainability across the site

Requirements
You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:
- A recognised qualification in a building services or related technical trade
- Proven experience in:
- A technical role
- Maintenance
- Facilities management
- Strong knowledge of:
- Plant systems
- Mechanical and electrical services
- A solid understanding of:
- Health and safety legislation
- Compliance requirements
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with:
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
Vetting and Checks
- Eligibility to work in the UK will be verified
- You will complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to ensure we can provide any support needed for you to perform the role effectively
