About Us

We are a technology company that is transforming operations at sea to enable people and the planet to thrive. We are open-minded and fearless in our approach to innovation and don't believe in boundaries. We challenge everything and have massive ambitions to drag aging industries into the tech era.

We take safety, equality and education very seriously, and our responsibilities don't stop at our front door. Our business is built on the belief that there's definitely a more environmentally responsible way to operate at sea.

We only employ the best people. People with a desire for excellence, a curious nature, people who are thoughtful, humble, collaborative and accountable.

We reward our people well. Beyond what's usually considered to be the'market average'.

The opportunities for people in our business can be limitless, spanning a multitude of disciplines and open to all, regardless of background and experience level.

We are not your average workplace.

About the Role

Ocean Infinity is seeking a senior operational leader to own and elevate the operational competitiveness of our global tender portfolio. This is not a coordination role. This is a high-impact position responsible for shaping how we design, challenge, and optimise operational solutions across all bids — ensuring they are commercially sharp, technically credible, and differentiated in the market.

As the single point of operational authority within the tendering process, you will operate with significant autonomy and executive visibility, influencing go/no-go decisions, shaping delivery models, and directly contributing to win-rate improvement and margin performance.

You will sit at the intersection of Operations, Technology, and Commercial, ensuring our bids fully leverage Ocean Infinity’s remote capabilities, lean operating model, and advanced technology platform in our tender submissions and directly to our Key Accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
