Salary: £ 75,000-£81,000

Your Role

As our Technical Architect, you will shape and govern the organisation’s technology landscape, ensuring that systems, platforms, and integrations are secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term strategic goals. Operating at the intersection of strategy and delivery, you will set technical direction, provide architectural leadership, and translate complex requirements into robust, future-ready solutions.

You will work hands-on across cloud engineering, development, integrations, and DevOps, driving best practice and empowering teams through consistent design standards, automation, and reusable delivery patterns. Your work will underpin the Institute’s digital transformation journey, enabling operational efficiency, business agility, and meaningful member and customer experiences.

Partnering closely with the Solution Architect, you will lead architecture reviews, embed governance and security principles, and support Dynamics 365, NAV, and CRM Administrators through advanced technical escalation. You will also champion innovation—horizon scanning emerging technologies, shaping technical roadmaps, and promoting continuous improvement across the digital function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
