Technical Architect – Public Sector Digital Transformation

London | Hybrid
£90,000–£120,000

Tenth Revolution Group is working with a leading technology and transformation consultancy to recruit a Technical Architect into its rapidly growing Public Sector practice.

This is an opportunity to work at the centre of major digital-transformation programmes, helping public-sector organisations design and deliver modern, citizen-focused services. You will translate high-level solution architecture into detailed technical designs, set technical standards and guide delivery teams through complex transformation initiatives.

You will work across cloud-native platforms, SaaS products, CRM/contact-centre transformation and AI-enabled services, helping clients improve how they engage with and serve citizens.

The role

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of complex digital-transformation programmes.
  • Translate business and solution architecture into pragmatic, detailed technical designs and delivery roadmaps.
  • Define and champion technical standards, patterns and best practice across cloud-native, open-source and SaaS solutions.
  • Support the delivery of citizen-facing digital services, including CRM, contact-centre and omnichannel transformation programmes.
  • Work across platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and other SaaS products.
  • Provide technical leadership across APIs, microservices, integrations, data and modern application architecture.
  • Drive the adoption of cloud-native approaches, automation, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Ensure solutions align with security, accessibility and public-sector delivery standards, including GDS Service Standard principles.
  • Support the development of AI-enabled services and ensure emerging technology is applied appropriately to real operational challenges.
  • Engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, delivery teams and non-technical audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
