The Studio
This London-based studio delivers considered, high-quality interior architecture across a mix of sectors. Commercial and workplace form a key part of their portfolio, alongside projects in other areas, including residential.
Their commercial interiors are the sort of spaces other studios look to for inspiration – design-led, distinctive, and exceptionally well resolved. Collaborative and detail-driven, the team works across projects from concept through to completion, balancing strong creative thinking with technical quality.
The Opportunity
As an Interior Architect, you will work across interior architecture projects from briefing through to completion, working closely with the wider design and technical team. This role requires strong technical ability, confidence in delivery, and the capability to work independently across commercial workplace projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will support technical development, produce detailed drawing packages in Revit, coordinate consultants, and work closely with both the internal team and client. A clear understanding of programme management and construction processes is important to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
The studio is moving further into Revit across several projects, so strong experience in Revit/BIM would be highly advantageous, alongside being happy to remain hands-on with drawing production. Strong on-site experience and the confidence to deal with clients, contractors, and consultants while resolving technical challenges and maintaining design intent will be key.
