π Live B2B marketplace β generating revenue, backed by a major industrial group
βοΈ Small, international backend team β real ownership, AI automation on the roadmap
We're partnered with a heavily backed industrial B2B marketplace. After proving the platform in its first market, the business launched in the US this year and is already generating strong revenue.
They're now looking to hire a Technical Architect to take full ownership of the platform's technical direction as the business scales. This is a hands on role owning solution and technical architecture for a live, revenue generating product, and preparing it for much larger US volumes and future new markets.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The backend team is small, international and highly collaborative. You'll provide technical leadership through mentoring, code review and influence, with real ownership and the chance to see your decisions shape the product directly. AI tooling is already in use day to day, and the roadmap is built around automation.
You'll be joining at a pivotal point: the platform is proven, funded and growing, with an ambitious roadmap covering deeper ERP and logistics integrations, agentic data ingestion and automated RFQ handling. There's also a longer term vision of turning the platform into a product that can be rolled out across the wider group.
