Technical Architect

Public Sector Digital Transformation UK Wide | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Tenth Revolution Group is working with a leading global consulting organisation delivering some of the UK's most significant public sector digital transformation programmes. We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to play a key role in designing and delivering modern, citizen-centric digital services at scale.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team that is helping government organisations modernise legacy systems, embrace cloud-native technologies, leverage AI, and deliver exceptional digital experiences for citizens.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams through architecture, design, and implementation whilst ensuring solutions align with government standards, security frameworks, and emerging technology trends.

What You'll Be Working On

As a Technical Architect, you'll be involved in a wide variety of transformational initiatives, including:

  • Designing and delivering large-scale citizen-facing digital services that meet Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and accessibility requirements.
  • Building personalised and proactive public services that anticipate user needs and improve service outcomes.
  • Driving the adoption of AI-powered solutions, including intelligent automation, virtual assistants, predictive support, and next-best-action capabilities.
  • Leading the modernisation of CRM and customer engagement platforms, including technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Developing omnichannel digital experiences across web, mobile, contact centre, and other citizen interaction channels.
  • Enabling data-driven delivery through advanced analytics, forecasting, automation, and AI-enabled tooling.
  • Supporting cloud migration and modern application development programmes across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
