HIRING: Technical Architect | London or Swindon (Hybrid x 3 days a week)
Salary: £80,000 + bonus and benefits 🔥🔅
Are you an experienced Technical Architect looking to shape the future of enterprise technology? We're looking for a technically strong architect to lead the design and evolution of modern, cloud-first solutions within this financial services business!
This is a strategic role where you'll define architecture, influence technology decisions, and work with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions.
The role:
- You'll play a key role in modernising legacy platforms, designing integration strategies, and ensuring solutions align with architectural standards and long-term business objectives.
- You'll collaborate with solution, infrastructure, data and security teams, providing technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- You'll mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices. You'll also evaluate emerging technologies and help shape future architecture standards.

What you'll need:
- You'll have proven experience working as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or similar, with strong expertise across Microsoft technologies and modern cloud architecture.
Stack:
- Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture
- Microservices and distributed systems
- API design, API Management and enterprise integration
- .NET and Microsoft technology stacks
- Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365

Desirable:
- Cloud migration and legacy modernisation experience
- Working within regulated or enterprise environments
- Communication experience guiding architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
