Platform Architect – Customer & CRM
Epsom or Barbican, London | Hybrid Working | Technology | Full Time | Permanent
Competitive Salary Available, Depending On Experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Platform Architect – Customer & CRM, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving our Customer and CRM Platform, helping to deliver exceptional customer and patient experiences through modern, scalable and integrated technology solutions. Working closely with technology teams, business stakeholders and architecture colleagues, you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction across the Salesforce ecosystem and wider customer technology landscape.
As our Platform Architect – Customer & CRM you will:
- Own and develop the technology roadmap and architecture for the Salesforce CRM platform and associated customer technologies.
- Design scalable, secure and integrated solutions that support customer, patient and marketing services across Nuffield Health.
- Provide architectural guidance and governance to developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts and project teams.
- Lead the creation of solution, technical and platform architecture documentation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and principles.
- Drive platform improvements and innovation, including DevOps adoption, Salesforce Marketing Cloud expansion and wider ecosystem capabilities.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure technology roadmaps support business objectives and digital strategies.
- Support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and organisational effectiveness.

To succeed as a Platform Architect – Customer & CRM you’ll bring:
- Proven experience designing, implementing and supporting large-scale Salesforce and customer-focused platforms.
- Strong experience of Salesforce architecture, including CRM applications and associated technologies.
- Demonstrable experience delivering digital transformation and modernisation programmes within complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of API-led integration architectures, cloud technologies and platform governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
