About Rezzil

Rezzil creates innovative sports technology products across performance, gaming and broadcast. Our products serve professional teams, athletes, broadcasters and consumers, spanning VR, mobile, console and real-time 3D experiences.

Our exar.live platform provides the ingest and data transport infrastructure for live sports data, powering our own analysis tools, broadcast solutions, augmented reality graphics and virtual production experiences. Alongside continuing to develop our existing products, we are expanding into new areas including computer vision and AI-led sports technology.

Rezzil is based in Manchester and London, with flexible and hybrid working options available depending on the role.

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Artist with strong Unity and Maya experience and a solid background in mobile game development.

This mid-level role suits someone comfortable working independently, with a broad Technical Art skill set and ambition to take the next step toward a Senior Technical Artist position.

You will work between the art and development teams, supporting a wide range of technical art needs across production. This could include asset integration, shaders and materials, tools, optimisation, animation support, VFX, environments, UI, and general problem-solving across the art pipeline.

The role focuses on Unity and mobile development while also supporting Rezzil’s wider work across VR, console, and Unreal Engine projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
