What will you do? Make an impact!
The role holder will be responsible for the operation of Tradebe’s sales enquiry and sales administrative function - from receipt of enquiries through to quotations, onward routing, invoicing, and procedural control. It will for the role holder to ensure that having completed a technical assessment, compliance checks and in line with all relevant legislation, all enquiries are processed in a timely manner, in accordance with company procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technically assess all waste enquiries generated by the sales team or direct enquiries.
- Ensure compliance of all waste quotes with current legislation, Tradebe’s Permits, Waste Management Licences and within strict KPI’s.
- Ensure that quotations produced and processed are in accordance with the current company sales strategy and within strict KPI’s.
- Liaise with internal and external laboratories where sample analysis is required.
- Identify appropriate disposal routes for all packaged and bulk waste.
- Build up working relationships with third party disposal routes.
- Ensure that all Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) are identified as both a technical and or financial NCR and the appropriate information is passed to the originator of the enquiry in a timely manner within strict KPI’s.
- Control waste acceptance/analysis operations in line with the company’s ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
- Liaise with customers, operations, compliance, customer services and sales to ensure customer satisfaction.

Do you have what it takes?
- In depth appreciation and understanding of technical/chemical waste analysis, management operation, customers and processes.
- IT Literate (MS Office - Essential / SAP experience - desirable).
- Flexible and client-focussed, able to be consulted by customers and colleagues to give sound technical advice.
- Committed and pragmatic team player.
- Professional approach.
- Problem Solver.
