Nissan’s Global Customer Experience organisation is leading strategy and delivery of seamless, end-to-end customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints enabled by our Global Digital Platform PACE (Platform for Accelerated Customer Experience).
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Technical Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Vice President during maternity cover. During this 9-month fixed-term position, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your strong business acumen and ability to operate within an international environment.
This role serves as a key coordination point between the VP, customer experience leaders, regional teams, senior stakeholders, and corporate functions, ensuring the efficient management of priorities, communication, business reporting, and strategic activities.
Main Responsibilities
Governance Management
- Support the preparation and consolidation of regional and global reports and presentations.
- Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to consolidate for the VP.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
Communications Management
- Prioritise communication plan and content calendar for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting materials, record minutes, and track action items.
- Execute editorial review and uphold communications quality.

Project & Strategic Support
- Assist in the management of strategic projects and business initiatives led by the VP.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient business operations.
- Manage vendor alignment and negotiation on key topics.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for senior leaders, regional teams, and external partners.
- Build effective working relationships across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Solid experience supporting senior executives in a multinational & multicultural environment required.
- Experience within automotive, marketing & sales, or other fast-paced corporate environments preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required.
