About the Role

This role provides vital administrative support within a technical environment, helping the team deliver business objectives and maintain efficient operations. Responsibilities include coordinating work activities, producing KPI and performance reports, managing data and records, supporting internal systems and processes, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct general administrative activities to support the team
  • Organise and arrange work activities for departmental work to be carried out efficiently
  • Support the team to achieve business objectives, plans, and targets
  • Prepare reports, data, and information to inform asset management decisions to a range of audiences
  • Provide guidance and support to internal customers on the use of processes and systems, including IT Systems in use
  • Carry out administrative tasks within IT systems to maintain them and ensure their smooth operation
  • Develop KPI reports in a variety of formats
  • Administer the production of KPI information, data, and records
  • Apply company policy and procedure for routine activities
  • Obtain information and data required to support the activities of the team
  • Provide guidance and support about processes and systems to internal customers
  • Provide and obtain technical information to support the activities of the team

About You

You’ll be an organised and proactive individual with experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, comfortable working in a busy and evolving environment. You’ll enjoy building positive working relationships, have confidence using a range of IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, and take pride in delivering accurate, efficient support that helps teams achieve their objectives. A collaborative approach and strong attention to detail will enable you to thrive in this role.

Essential

  • Experience of an administrative role
  • Capability in general administration within a changing business environment
  • Track record of developing working relationships quickly and effectively
  • Demonstrate successful capability in the use of IT Systems
  • Demonstrate successful capability in the use of MS Office software
  • Experienced in a customer-facing role
