The Role
This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll be instrumental in supporting file-based workflows, managing media assets, and assisting in live and post-production environments. You'll also be part of a team that delivers first-line technical support for virtual production tools and commentary operations across DAZN’s global output.

As an individual contributor, you’ll work closely with editors, clients, and production teams to ensure high-quality delivery of content. The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends, to support 24/7 live sports coverage.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor, maintain, and improve media workflows across live and post-production.
- Provide first-line technical support for virtual production tools and commentary booths.
- Set up and support edit production suites for live edits, voiceovers, and commentary.
- Manage ingest, archiving, and delivery of digital media assets.
- Conduct quality control checks on digital media and broadcast deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with clients, editors, and internal teams in high-pressure environments.
- Collaborate with global teams and third-party vendors to support multi-region productions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production and post-production operations.
What You'll Bring:

- Experience in a post-production or media services environment.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, cloud-based MAM systems, and media workflows.
- Strong understanding of video file formats, codecs, and digital asset management.
- Media management expertise, including ingesting, archiving, and content delivery.
- Familiarity with distribution tools like Aspera and Signiant.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- An interest in live sports and/or prior experience supporting live events or galleries.
- Experience or awareness of remote virtual production environments.
