This is a broad and varied role, as a Technical Associate you will be able to understand complex subjects, produce high-quality work and help drive momentum across the group's key strategic priorities. Combining analytical, communication and delivery responsibilities, you'll play an important role in supporting executive decision-making and ensuring initiatives progress effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- A key part of the CEO's team - working closely with them and Directors.
- Help drive strategic momentum across the business.
- Preparing reports, briefing notes, speeches, presentations and meeting materials.
- Conducting research into markets, competitors, technologies, businesses and strategic opportunities.
- Analysing financial, commercial and operational information and presenting clear findings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product training as needed.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track engagement in CRM systems.

About
- £35,000 base salary

About You:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Good project management and coordination skills.
