You'll work with a wide range of internal teams, contractors, delivery partners and customers, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving and working in a technical environment.

  • Log and track faults, incidents and remedial actions, ensuring they are progressed and escalated appropriately.
  • Support incident and emergency response processes through effective communication and coordination.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with Networks, EV and Zero assets, carrying out initial triage before escalating to the appropriate technical or operational team.
  • Ensure customer enquiries and incidents are managed within agreed service levels (SLAs).
  • Maintain records relating to maintenance, repairs and emergency call-outs to support cost recovery and recharge activities.
  • Support audits by ensuring technical, compliance and asset records are accurate, complete and easily accessible.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and ways of working across the Technical Assurance function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
