Certificates Coordinator

Contract: Key Account Network
Location: Birmingham, B37 7YN
Hours of work: 40
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

We are seeking a Certificates Coordinator to support operational delivery across the contract, reporting to the Compliance & Certification Team Leader and/or Service Delivery Manager.

The role focuses on providing and reviewing supporting documentation to ensure technical accuracy and consistent quality control across Reactive, PPM, and Remedial works.

Job Description

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused individual who can act as a key link between compliance teams and field service delivery teams.

You will maintain robust records, monitor compliance activity, and produce management information to support performance measurement and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance documentation, recording compliance levels and identifying gaps.
  • Review supporting documentation to ensure technical accuracy and quality control across all delivery streams.
  • Identify essential remedial actions required to retain compliant status across equipment, activities, and the estate.
  • Track and assign remedial activities, ensuring progress is monitored and recorded.
  • Ensure all work order tasks have relevant paperwork uploaded within agreed SLAs.
  • Liaise between compliance analysts/teams and field engineering service delivery teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all activities and communications for each request.
  • Produce periodic and ad hoc reports, including management information to support performance monitoring and service improvement.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review and process large volumes of documentation.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner who can pick up new processes and systems efficiently.
  • Strong team player, comfortable working as part of a large and growing team.
  • IT literate, with experience using systems and digital tools.
  • Previous office-based experience is desirable.
  • Experience using ticketing systems, or similar systems, would be advantageous.
