Join us in a role where data, systems and process improvement come together to support one of the UK's most ambitious restoration programmes.

As a Technical Assurance Data Coordinator, you will transform fragmented data, spreadsheets, registers and reporting processes into efficient, reliable and auditable solutions that improve accuracy, traceability and consistency. Using your analytical skills and digital expertise, you will improve reporting, streamline workflows and ensure critical information is accurate, auditable, accessible and trusted across the programme.

This role sits within the Technical Assurance and Design Management team rather than a dedicated digital or data function. As a result, you will need to be a confident self-starter, capable of working independently, identifying solutions, and driving improvements with limited day-to-day technical support.

Using advanced Microsoft tools, including Excel, Power Query, Power BI, DAX, SharePoint and Power Automate, you will develop and maintain reporting, governance information and auditable records, helping to establish a single source of truth for assurance activities and evidence-based reporting.

This is a hands-on role that combines data management, reporting and process improvement with practical coordination and administrative support. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving trackers, registers, dashboards and reports, coordinating actions and supporting governance and assurance activities across the programme.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and technically capable individual who enjoys solving problems, working independently and driving continuous improvement within a complex programme environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
