Moston is a growing Asset Management Consultancy dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and value to clients across a wide range of sectors. We specialise in the management, assurance and optimisation of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) assets within complex facilities environments.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Technical Assurance Lead to join our team. About the Role
As Technical Assurance Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the quality and consistency of our project delivery. Working closely with our surveying teams, project managers and technical specialists, you will carry out technical reviews, undertake quality audits and help ensure our deliverables meet both client expectations and Moston's quality standards.

You'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and act as a trusted technical resource across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
