Role Purpose

The Chrysalis Programme is a multi-year programme transforming Leigh Day's technology, processes and ways of working. We are currently 18 months into transforming Leigh Day's core business systems through the implementation of Elite 3E, Clio Operate and SharePoint, alongside significant process redesign, integration, data migration, testing and departmental onboarding activity. The programme is currently delivering multiple parallel workstreams, including Elite go-live preparations, Clio Operate departmental rollouts and SharePoint implementation.

As the volume of analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, testing support, integration design and onboarding activity continues to increase, and so additional Technical Business Analysis capability is required to reduce bottlenecks, accelerate delivery and mitigate programme risk.

The Technical Business Analyst will work across business and technical teams to define requirements, design processes, support system configuration, coordinate testing and help departments transition successfully to new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Design

  • Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Document business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Produce user stories and solution specifications.
  • Support process redesign and standardisation across departments.
  • Maintain requirements traceability throughout delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
