Technical Business Analyst
Technical Business Analyst is required by a global technology innovation organisation to join its Digital Consulting team, delivering complex application development and digital transformation programmes for major UK clients.
Role Overview
This role will be focused on providing business analysis support across a portfolio of application development projects. You will work closely with developers, AI engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and turn complex requirements into clear, practical delivery artefacts.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
- Leading and facilitating requirements elicitation using structured, best-practice approaches
- Analysing complex business and technical problems and shaping effective digital solutions
- Translating requirements into Epics, User Stories, and Business Use Cases
- Actively contributing to Agile delivery teams and supporting BDD practices
- Leading and facilitating stakeholder and discovery workshops
- Collaborating closely with software engineers and data/AI specialists on advanced solutions
Required Experience and Skills
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst delivering application development or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, modelling, and documentation skills.
- Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Experience writing Epics, User Stories, Business Use Cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams; previous development experience would be advantageous.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions would be beneficial.
