We are working with a purpose-driven UK bank seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a range of technology transformation and change projects.
Working closely with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and third-party suppliers, you will translate complex business and technology needs into clear, traceable requirements while providing assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gather, analyse, and document functional, non-functional, technical, and data requirements.
- Maintain end-to-end traceability across requirements, solution designs, testing, and delivered outcomes.
- Create process models, data models, and current-state and future-state documentation.
- Review supplier documentation and solution designs, identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies.
- Work across data, integration, infrastructure, security, and regulatory-change projects.
- Define acceptance criteria, measurable outcomes, and success measures.
- Support technical and business UAT and post-delivery validation.
- Constructively challenge stakeholders and suppliers while maintaining strong working relationships.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst within technology change.
- Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements.
- Technical and data analysis experience covering integrations, data quality, migration, reconciliation, or controls.
- Knowledge of requirements traceability, process modelling, and data modelling.
- Experience working with third-party technology suppliers or delivery partners.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- A detail-focused, adaptable, and delivery-driven approach.

Experience within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment would be highly advantageous.
SQL, Jira, Visio, and a recognised business analysis qualification would also be beneficial.
Candidates must be able to attend the Kent office at least once per week, with occasional second days depending on project requirements.
