Technical Business Analyst
Location: Newcastle
Working Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our software delivery team in Newcastle, working across complex technology and transformation programmes.
You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and helping ensure solutions align with user needs and business goals.
The Role
Working with product owners, developers, testers and architects, you’ll support delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
- Create user stories, process flows and functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders to identify impacts, risks and dependencies
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritisation and testing
- Collaborate across business and technology teams to support successful delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Business Analyst within a software or technology environment
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or Excel
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations and cloud technologies
