Technical Business Analyst at Froxy Labs

What You'll Do πŸ› οΈ:

  • Collaborate with product managers and project managers to understand and document business requirements.
  • Work closely with the development team to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprints and stand-up meetings.
  • Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve our products and processes.

What We're Looking For πŸ”:

  • A degree in a STEM field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a technical role.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages and software development fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Bonus Points For 🌟:

  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Exposure to UI/UX design principles.
