What You'll Do 🛠️:
- Collaborate with product managers and project managers to understand and document business requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprints and stand-up meetings.
- Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve our products and processes.

What We're Looking For 🔍:
- A degree in a STEM field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a technical role.
- Basic understanding of programming languages and software development fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Bonus Points For 🌟:
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle.
- Exposure to UI/UX design principles.
