Join us as a Business Analyst at Peregrine Resourcing

Technical Business Analyst | Permanent | Hounslow/Hybrid

How Specialist Talent Works:

At Peregrine, we find the best talent for our clients. As a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits, you will be deployed across our portfolio of clients as a specialist consultant, working on a wide array of complex projects across multiple industries.

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major enterprise technology programme, supporting the delivery of business-critical systems used within a highly complex operational environment.

Working across multiple technical and business teams, you'll play a key role in analysing existing processes, defining future solutions, gathering requirements, and ensuring new capabilities are successfully delivered. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery while working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements with business stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including process flows, system diagrams, data models, user stories and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers and Technical Leads to define technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Support solution design activities, ensuring proposed solutions align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet agreed acceptance criteria.
  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining traceability from discovery through to implementation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
  • Support system integration activities and document interactions between multiple applications and services.
  • Contribute to workshops, process improvement initiatives and continuous enhancement of delivery practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
