Your Purpose As our Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for translating complex business processes into buildable automation solutions. You will work closely with the Intelligent Automation Project Managers to define and document all requirements associated with automation opportunities and projects as well as being responsible for testing across all automation projects. You will play a crucial role in the Intelligent Automation Business Engagement plan ensuring that future pipelines are continuously developed.

Your Strengths
- Experienced Business Analyst with a strong IT or technical background and experience in automation.
- Understand how systems work together and be confident translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Proven experience leading testing end-to-end, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable challenging stakeholders, asking the right questions and constructively pushing back, while remaining personable and collaborative.
Your Perks
- Competitive salary of £60,000–£65,000, dependent on experience, plus an annual bonus.
