Role Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst
Duration: contract to run until 30/10/2026
Location: TBC location and hybrid split
Rate: up to £690 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Clearance required: Active MOD SC clearance
Role purpose / summary
Lead the investigation, analysis, and definition of Platform requirements across DLIS, DEEAMS, and related business and technical domains. Provide senior business analysis expertise to identify cross-programme dependencies, shape solution requirements, and support engagement with the FDSS Programme Team throughout FY26/27.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of Platform requirements across multiple business and technical areas.
- Assess impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities within and beyond DLIS and DEEAMS.
- Engage senior stakeholders to align requirements with strategic objectives and programme outcomes.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including requirements, process models, and impact assessments.
- Act as a key liaison between Platform teams and the FDSS Programme Team, supporting collaboration and delivery planning in FY26/27.
- Provide expert business analysis capability to support decision-making and programme governance.
