Role: Business Analyst – ATM Testing Project

Onsite: 5 days a week
Location: Milton Keynes (Outside IR35)
Contract duration: Until end of the year (with likely extension)

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst for an ATM Testing & Integration project. Operating in a lean team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution—gathering requirements, writing user stories, and actively supporting the QA team during defect triage, testing waves, and pilot migration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements & User Stories: Translate ATM business rules and operational needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.
  • Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the Product Backlog and project deliverables.
  • Testing & Incident Support: Work alongside the QA team to analyze defects, resolve integration incidents, and support test execution.
  • Process & Flow Modelling: Map ATM end-to-end user journeys (UI/UX) and technical transaction flows (Front-End, Back-End, APIs).
  • Migration Support: Support technical readiness across rollout waves and manage open dependencies.
  • Stakeholder Bridge: Connect business leads, solution architects, developers, QAs, and vendors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
