Skills & Experience

  • Proven and significant Business Analysis experience at a senior level
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in complex, federated, or matrix environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience identifying gaps and driving process improvement
  • Experience working on cyber security, infrastructure, digital, or transformation programmes
  • Experience in highly regulated environments

Desirable Experience

  • Understanding of OT systems and suppliers in the energy sector, specifically renewables, (eg, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, MES, DCS)
  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, or CIS

Ideal Candidate should be:

  • Senior-level BA, ideally with long-standing contract experience
  • Strong all-rounder, able to switch between different projects
  • Highly experienced and articulate
  • OT/Utilities background ideal; IT Security experience as a minimum
  • Comfortable with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (mixed environment)
  • Jira or ADO experience beneficial
  • Assertive and able to embed themselves within teams, with the confidence to challenge stakeholders
