Hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite in Swindon) £50,000-£60,000
Permanent position

Looking for a role where you'll have real variety and influence across multiple technology projects? We're recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst to join a growing technology team, working across a range of transformation initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting to the heart of business and technical problems, producing high-quality analysis, and working closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders.

The role:

  • Gathering and translating business and technical requirements
  • Analysing systems, data flows, and dependencies
  • Supporting API integrations and technical documentation
  • Data analysis, including migration and system mapping
  • Analysing legacy systems to support transformation and decommissioning
  • Running workshops with business, engineering, and architecture teams
  • Taking ownership of technical analysis across multiple technology workstreams

Requirements:

  • Relevant Background – Likely job titles include Technical Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, Software Analyst, Data BA
  • Technical Analysis – Experience working across both business and technical requirements, translating these into clear documentation for delivery teams.
  • APIs & Integrations – Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and dependencies.
  • Data Analysis – Experience analysing and mapping data, ideally using SQL and Excel (maybe Power BI).
  • Stakeholder Management – Confident working independently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
