Technical Business Analyst (Data) - Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business and technical requirements gathering.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Define, analyse and document business, functional, non-functional (NFRs), and technical requirements.
- Support the creation and refinement of data models and data specifications.
- Translate requirements into epics, user stories and Jira tickets.
- Lead backlog refinement and ensure requirements are delivery-ready.
- Work with architects and engineers on the delivery of an event-driven API.

- Strong Technical BA experience on data-focused programmes.
- Proven experience defining and managing functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
- Experience delivering API and event-driven solutions.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams with Jira and backlog management.
