Technical Business Analyst

A leading professional service and technology consultancy is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its growing AI, Data and Digital Solutions team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, helping organisations solve complex challenges through modern data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects and development teams, translating business requirements into clear, deliverable technical solutions. You will support the design and delivery of scalable, secure and innovative technology solutions while ensuring business objectives remain at the forefront.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting, analysing and documenting business, functional and technical requirements
  • Producing user stories, process flows, specifications and acceptance criteria
  • Supporting solution design, feasibility assessments and technical decision-making
  • Working with stakeholders to maximise value from data, analytics and AI initiatives
  • Supporting integration, data mapping and enterprise platform projects
  • Defining test scenarios and supporting UAT activities
  • Investigating technical issues and contributing to sustainable solutions

If you possess a combination of the following skills, then LETS TALK!

  • Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments
  • Exposure to system integrations, data flows and enterprise platforms
  • Awareness or interest in data analytics, AI and emerging technologies
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN/UML modelling tools and SQL would be advantageous.
