Infrastructure Migration Business Analyst (M&A)

£400 per day | Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract

Hybrid – 1 day per week in Staines + Extensive European Travel (Expenses Paid)

We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Migration Business Analyst to support a large-scale European M&A integration programme. You'll play a key role in the migration of 13 business entities, 37 sites and around 1,000 users, helping to shape and deliver the infrastructure integration across multiple countries.

Working closely with technical teams, project managers and business stakeholders, you'll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring migrations are well planned, communicated and executed with minimal disruption.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead discovery workshops and gather business, user and technical requirements across the acquired organisation.
  • Document current and future state environments covering infrastructure, cloud, EUC, applications and identity.
  • Support infrastructure migration planning, cutover activities, business readiness and user acceptance testing.
  • Work alongside Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, server, security and identity teams to define migration requirements and dependencies.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including requirements, process maps, migration plans, reports and RAID logs.
  • Engage with stakeholders across multiple European locations, ensuring clear communication throughout the programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
