Technical Business Analyst
Remote-first | Full time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday) | Reporting to the Director of Client Solutions
About the role
At WHO2 Global, we build platforms that help our clients make better decisions. This role sits at the heart of how we build them.
As our Technical Business Analyst, you'll take ideas and client needs and turn them into clear requirements, wireframes and test packs. You'll own the delivery plan across our builds, and you'll make sure nothing we launch goes live without being independently tested and signed off.
It's a varied role. You'll mix business analysis, quality assurance, light build work and project management, working closely with our leadership team, designers and technology partners.
What you'll be doing
- Working with the business, clients and partners to capture requirements, and turning them into user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps before anything is built
- Creating wireframes and simple prototypes so everyone agrees on what's being built from the start
- Designing and running test packs for our platforms, including claimsmarQ, BenchmarqIQ, Benchmarq360 and marQetplace, covering functional, regression, edge-case and mobile testing
- Introducing and growing automated testing, so repeat testing is fast and reliable
- Logging, tracking and prioritising defects, and seeing fixes through to retest and sign-off
- Holding the delivery roadmap across our builds, including plans, dependencies, resourcing and dates, and flagging risks early
- Getting hands-on with build work, including light design, HTML and CSS changes, and loading content in Wix and our own applications
- Using AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation and testing, checking what they produce and improving how we work as you go

What you'll bring
- Experience as a business analyst, test analyst or similar in a technical or digital product environment
- Hands-on experience writing and running test cases, with some exposure to test automation (for example Playwright or Selenium)
- The ability to write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and to produce wireframes
- A working knowledge of HTML and CSS (Wix or similar platforms is a bonus)
- Experience planning and tracking delivery across several workstreams at once
- Confidence using AI tools day to day, with the judgement to check their output
- Excellent attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication
- Insurance or financial services experience is essential

Good to know
This is a remote-first role with occasional in-person engagements. The working pattern is 37.5 hours per week, typically 7.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Appointment is subject to standard pre-employment checks, including right to work and fitness to work.
