Job Description
Technical Business Analyst (PAM)
We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a large-scale Privileged Access Management (PAM) remediation programme within a highly regulated environment.
Working closely with engineering, infrastructure and security teams, you'll help identify infrastructure control gaps, analyse complex datasets, validate compliance requirements and support remediation activities across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) remediation programme.
- Analyse infrastructure environments to identify control gaps and compliance risks.
- Validate large datasets and assess compliance against defined security controls.
- Produce clear documentation including process maps, control mappings and remediation outputs.
- Work closely with cross-functional infrastructure, security and engineering teams.
- Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support audit, regulatory and compliance reporting activities.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within infrastructure, cyber security or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and tools such as CyberArk, Delinea or BeyondTrust.
- Good knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux/UNIX and databases.
- Experience analysing complex datasets and producing compliance-focused reporting.
- Understanding of privileged accounts, administrative access and security controls.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.

Desirable Skills
- IBM Mainframe or IBM i (iSeries) experience.
- SQL, PowerShell or Python.
- Power BI or Tableau.
- Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and Visio.
