Technical Business Analyst (Remote UK)
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Technical Business Analyst to support business and technology initiatives in a fully remote UK-based role. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who can understand business needs, work with technical teams and help translate requirements into clear, practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document and analyse business and technical requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges and priorities.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Support process mapping, workflow analysis and solution design.
- Assist with testing, validation and implementation of system changes.
- Work closely with technical, product and operational teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports and project information.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and user experience.
- Support meetings, workshops and requirement discussions with stakeholders.

Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand both business and technical concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with data, documentation and process information.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable using standard office, collaboration and documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous business analysis, IT, project or technical experience is beneficial but not essential.
