Job Opportunity: Business Functional Analyst
Are you someone who enjoys turning complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions? We're looking for a Business Functional Analyst to join a high-profile technology programme focused on data governance, onboarding, and surveillance initiatives. This is an opportunity to work on projects with significant regulatory and business impact while collaborating with stakeholders across technology, compliance, surveillance, and operations.
About the Role
In this role, you'll become a trusted partner to both business and technical teams, helping to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements, operational needs, and technology delivery. You'll work closely with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to understand complex processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that critical data is accurately captured, governed, and utilised.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, compliance, surveillance, and operations.
- Understand complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure critical data is accurately captured, governed, and utilised.
- Contribute to data processing pipelines and create reporting and management information dashboards.
- Provide documentation required to support governance, compliance, and audit reviews.

Your work will help ensure that critical business requirements remain traceable, auditable, and fully aligned to regulatory expectations.

Skills and Experience Required
- Strong business analysis skills
- Experience working with complex data sets
- SQL expertise
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
